• Communicate with overseas prospect clients for expanding in new markets.
• Evaluate and select suitable international agents for the company products.
• Establish and develop the regulatory process of the company for the different export markets while ensuring an adequate registration steps and procedures for newly or previously established markets.
• Adhere to country specific standard operating procedures for import/export analysis requirements, including logistics, customs clearance and delivery cycle intervals.
• Track and maintain changes to regulations and define strategies to avoid potential conflicts.
• Negotiate business deals, review contracts for agency agreement in order to enable effective trading.
• Follow up purchasing orders from production process till shipping the goods.
• Attend export medical exhibitions in order to find proper business opportunities. (Specially the Francophone markets)
• Achieved an average sales growth of 60% over a 3.5 years period.

Responsible of all the aspects that are related to the office in Benin such as:

• Organizing the sales and marketing operation.
• Dealing with logistics issues
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Developing market research and study
• Pricing and target forecast
• Recruiting medical representatives
• Following regulatory affairs procedures
• Building relationships with key decision makers

• Dispense prescription medications and provide information to patients about drugs and their use.
• Renew prescriptions according to physician instructions.
• Provide health advice based on analysis of symptoms reported by clients.
• Complete operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from pharmacy's inventory.
• Provide services to patients, such as smoking cessation, blood pressure measurement and cholesterol management.
• Maintain patient and pharmacy records including registry of controlled drugs for legal and stock control purposes.
• Plan and supervise duties of other staff like pharmacy technicians and delivery men.
