  • Creation of the automated electrical BOM which is a powerful tool used in Carnot and Federalsburg able to AUTOMATICALLY size: different VFDs for different compressors, power and control cables, transfos, fuses for compressors and transfos, lenghts of power and control cables for VFDs compressors and interconnections, rigid and flexible conduits lenght and max filling etc. It also takes into account the place of the project as for example different standards are for Chicago projects, the ambient temperature, the altitude of the project and the spacing between wires or grouping them.
  • Creation of a formula to size VFDs depending on the number of cylinders of the compressor, its MOA and the short term overload of the VFD.
  • Creation of an automation document that will AUTOMATICALLY generate VFD parameters depending on VFD model and compressor.
  • Creation of different standard IO lists for controls and power for different products.
  • Standardizing connections to M&M controls used in Carnot and Federalsburg.
  • Integrating the VFD cable and line reactors for VFD controlled compressors.
  • Enhancing control strategies and electrical diagrams.
