As a Prepared Food Supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing the preparation and packaging of food items to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. I lead and motivate a dedicated team, providing training and guidance for new hires. I perform coaching and performance planning, provide constructive feedback, and motivate people to grow and acquire new skills.

In addition to leading and managing the team, I oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, coordinate the timely procurement of supplies, and supervise the maintenance and proper functioning of kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations. I am responsible for staff scheduling to maintain adequate coverage, assist with payroll processing, and participate in budget planning with a focus on controlling labor costs.

I collaborate closely with fellow Supervisors and Managers to coordinate bulk orders, consolidating products across multiple departments to optimize purchasing efficiency. I maintain regular communication with vendors and suppliers to promptly resolve discrepancies between orders and delivered products, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date within our internal systems.

I actively monitor daily and weekly sales and labor hours to ensure the department meets its financial targets. I observe customer flow in and out of the store and, based on these insights, adjust daily food preparation accordingly. This approach ensures we maintain an adequate inventory of meals for sale while minimizing shrinkage caused by overproduction.

As a grocery clerk, my duties include stocking shelves, organizing products, checking inventory levels, and assisting customers with finding items. I took the initiative to assist with orders and inventory. I always prioritize to provide excellent customer service and ensuring the store was always well-stocked and organized.
