Manage a portfolio of six residential projects, including three rental properties, two under construction, and one fully approved project scheduled to commence in July. Oversee all aspects of development, including design, procurement, construction, bidding, permitting, leasing, and sales, as well as documentation management and file archiving.

Lead a team providing project management consulting services for major clients, overseeing the end-to-end process of acquisition, renovation, and development for office buildings, hotels, and residential properties.

Served concurrently as General Manager of a Shanghai-based real estate company, leading a team of 1,200 and overseeing a diversified portfolio with a total value of RMB 100 billion, including residential, hotel, retail, office, and resort developments. The portfolio included a 300-meter supertall office tower and a luxury hotel under the Ritz-Carlton brand. At the time of departure, the officially audited cumulative profit reached RMB 16.3 billion.

Managed the full lifecycle of real estate projects for Greenland Holdings across six cities in Anhui Province, covering residential, office, hotel, and retail developments. Scaled annual output from RMB 1.8 billion to RMB 10 billion while leading a team of approximately 100 professionals.

Served as Executive Vice President, leading the business unit and managing cross-functional teams while overseeing multiple concurrent projects, including a landmark 300-meter twin-tower office development.

Overseeing the Technical, Engineering, and Contracts & Procurement departments, and responsible for the development and execution of multiple projects in the region. Led the delivery of five supertower buildings of approximately 300 meters in height. Collaborated with internationally renowned architectural firms, including SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill) and GMP. The portfolio also included luxury hospitality developments such as JW Marriott.

Served concurrently as Technical Director, responsible for product positioning, design management, and engineering drawings across various company projects.

Served as Structural Engineer, participating in the design of various industrial workshops and production facilities, including a large-scale manufacturing workshop for General Electric.
