To whom it may concern.
I'm very interested in working in your store. I believe it would be the ideal job for me. I have decades of exposure to cannabis. I have been prescribed medical cannabis because I had years of serious health issues and I am a recent liver transplant recipient. I have a strong work ethic and do not consume before I go to work at a place of employment, or driving.
I have my own reliable vehicle and am very punctual. In fact, I like to show up early enough to the workplace to prepare everything required to have a smooth shift. I like things to be clean and organized.
My transplant surgery was on June 3, 2023. I have been recovering for about 3 and a half months. I am well enough now, and feel that I am ready to go back to work, at least part-time for now.
Unfortunately, I do have a criminal record and my pardon is in process. I have not been in trouble with law in almost 13 years. All of the charges are related to my previous drug and alcohol use. The charges are now expunged, as they date back beyond the statute of limitations. I have been sober for 18 months, but essentially have six years mostly sober before that because my liver was failing, and I couldn't drink much! (LOL)
I am more than happy to complete the CannSell Certification, as well as the advanced course, without delay, should you indicate to me that you are interested in hiring me. I have no doubt that I will pass both of the courses with flying colours.
I really hoping that once we meet you will see that I am am now an exceptionally responsible individual I have no trouble getting up in the morning to go to work. I want to share with you that every employer I have had has said that I am a fast learner and promoted me accordingly.
I could tell you more about myself, if your kind enough to give me a chance with a job interview.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.
