• Installed Heat pumps, AC, Furnaces, Ductless AC, water heaters, HRV, thermostats, Humidifiers and pool Heaters.

• Assisted in the fabrication of sheet metal ducts for ventilation systems. Added new runs to furnace plenums. Cut and built new transitions pieces when installing new appliances.

• Installed drain lines for each appliance that requires them. When no floor drain is accessible I've installed condensate pumps.

• Pulled electrical wiring for new installations or repairs to existing HVAC systems. Installed new communication wires for appliances and new high voltage wiring. Installed new breakers in electrical panel for proper load for applications. Installed new switches, plugs and junction boxes when required to.

• Installed new copper line set for Air conditioners and heat pumps. Insulated copper lines per manufactures specs. Conducted brazing of copper lines. Performed pressure test to insure no leaks followed by a vacuum test to remove any moisture left in line set.

• Wired both low voltage and high voltage wiring for heating and cooling applications.

• Trained junior technicians on HVAC installations and proper procedures on how to install equipment properly.

• Tested pipe, tubing joints, and connections for leaks.

• Threaded and installed new gas lines, from gas metre to appliances within home, sleeved gas line going through exterior holes leading inside the house. Painted exterior piping outside home to prevent rust and preformed pressure tests insure no leaks.
