Reservations, Ticket Counter, Baggage Claims, Gate Agent and Customer Complaint Resolutions. I stared as a reservations agent in Los Angeles I was there six years, when the office closed I was transferred to Detroit worked there for seven years, ticket counter, gates and baggage claim. I also was assigned to travel for temporary assignments in Washington D.C Reagan International Airport, to train new hires to work on the ticket counter and the gates when they were expanding their routes. I worked their for six months. I transferred back to Los Angeles in 2012 and finished my work experience in Los Angeles.

Retired after 19 years of excellent work and assisting my customers get the service they deserve from the best Airline in the USA.


Prior to working for Delta I worked for Prudential Insurance as a group insurance representative. I was assigned to one hundred clients to maintain their employees files for health insurance and to collect monthly premium for their insurance benefits. Written and verbal contact with the companies benefits representative as often as needed depending on the company. Some of my clients were on the East coast so I had to keep time lines in mind. I worked with Prudential Medical Benefits until they sold it to Aetna I worked for Prudential for 12 years.
