  • Used data to identify high-cost, low-satisfaction services across divisions and supported the team to design and implement 16 innovative solutions via agile sprints with a total estimated savings of $3.5M
  • Led the re-design of key procure-to-pay processes and systems at a Canadian university from ideation to implementation by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to determine the benefits and pain points and co-designing future-state solutions via process maps, service blueprints, user stories and testing with stakeholders
