Creating a nurturing learning environment for children from the ages of 3-6 years old. In my role of preschool teacher I create lesson plans and implement lesson for creative curriculum. I also have taken the role of lead nature explore teacher and am in charge of school's yearly certification. I'm in charge of implementing lesson plans and activities that promote learning in nature. At this time I'm also providing support to our leadership team with administration support. I'm also in charge of testing and evaluating learning materials made by our company. I am also providing mentorship for our new staff members.
