• I was one of a team of Superintendents that managed the daily operation of a 24 hr land border office that controlled the movement of people and goods in and out of our country.
• Resolved conflicts between staff and customers swiftly and professionally.
• Managed the schedule.
• I was involved in performance management, training, and facility maintenance, and a myriad of other issues and they arose.

Communicated policy changes, training upgrades,Director Communiques, daily issues etc etc to the Central NB District and the Northwest NB District of the Canada Border Services Agency.

In this role I constantly accessed training in French Language, Conflict Resolution, Project Management , writing skills etc.

• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Farm experience running equipment and various labor related tasks.
• Limited experience hauling potatoes with tractor trailer and straight truck. (Class 1 licence)
• Carpenter helper experience, skills with some tools.
• Team oriented, work well with others.
