Strategic QA Leadership & Ownership

• End-to-End QA Ownership: Directed the full STLC for high-priority FinTech and Risk management modules, acting as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring all activities aligned with core business objectives.
• Test Strategy & Governance: Authored comprehensive Master Test Plans and Level Test Strategies, defining testing scopes, risk mitigation plans, and rigorous entry/exit criteria for complex credit and fraud portfolios.
• Client-Facing Consultation: Translated ambiguous client requirements into structured technical specifications, facilitating "Shift-Left" testing and ensuring 100% requirement traceability.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Led Test Readiness Reviews and provided data-driven "Go/No-Go" insights using Looker Studio and GCP BigQuery to visualize defect trends and quality metrics.

• SST OperationsBridge (SSTOB) Monitoring: Validated a high-availability, multi-tenant ATM management solution. Focused on real-time visualization and proactive network monitoring modules, ensuring 24/7 terminal uptime for global banking clients.
• OB Administration: Tested the core web-based administrative UI used by system and tenant administrators to manage SST asset data, security permissions, and environment configurations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Quality Ownership: Acted as the sole QA point of contact for the SSTOB project, successfully managing the quality lifecycle for all major builds and patch releases.
• Test Design & Strategy: Developed and maintained a robust repository of manual and automated test scenarios, covering UI/UX, database integrity, and multi-vendor environment compatibility.
• Release Management & Communication: Orchestrated the full execution of Smoke, Sanity, and Regression cycles. Prepared detailed Release Notes and provided Test Execution Reports to stakeholders to facilitate critical Go/No-Go decisions.
• Defect Lifecycle Management: Led the defect triaging process—logging, tracking, and verifying fixes—and collaborated closely with developers to resolve high-priority blockers, significantly improving product stability.
