● Preparing weekly purchases orders
● Purchasing general goods and specialized equipment, materials or business services
● Assessing requirements of establishment(s), developing specifications for equipment,
materials and supplies to be purchased from suppliers
● Consulting with existing suppliers and sourcing of new suppliers
● Reviewing quotations, negotiating pricing and determining contract terms and
conditions
● Establishing logistics of delivery schedules and monitoring progress of deliveries
● Managing relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery
and compliance to terms of contracts
● Contacting suppliers to resolve problems
● Keeping updated records of purchase orders, receipts, contracts and supplier information

I had worked in Govt. and Industrial item Supplying Company Dev Enterprise, They supply iron, stationary, hardware, electrical, electronics, computers, garment, plastic, tools, machinery & all kind of items to Government and Industries all over Gujarat, India. I had worked there as a Material Purchase Officer.

•Purchasing products and materials for the company to fill stock orders
• Researching and assessing market prices
• Evaluating pricing, quality and availability of supplies
• Keeping records of all purchase orders
• Monitoring inventory and performing cost analysis
• Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues to
management
