For my entire life, I have helped on the farms of my father and grandfather with basic things such as maintaining the house, feeding, clearing trees, fencing, livestock care and running basic equipment. Growing up in this lifestyle has allowed me to gain many practical skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and developed a strong work ethic and capability to perform physical labour.

At the age of 11, I began going door to door in my neighborhood offering to mow lawns for a price based on the yard size. Many people hired me to mow their lawns, with lots of them setting up a weekly mowing schedule with me.

As well as mowing the lawns, I was also responsible for maintaining the lawn mower. I cleaned, fueled and performed basic maintenance with the assistance of my dad.

At the age of 11, I began going door to door in my neighborhood after it snowed offering to shovel sidewalks and driveways. I cleared snow on sidewalks, driveways and walkways for people using snow shovels, leaf blowers, and snow blowers.
