Duties Include:
- Ensure the shop is clean at all times by organizing shop materials, tools etc. so that each welder/fabricator has a clean workspace to work in.
- Stock shop materials and consumables when shipments arrive.
- Assist in fabrication as needed.
- Work closely alongside the owner of the company onsite at customer’s homes to install their custom stairs and railings.
- Ensure tools necessary for the job are available as needed and are put away in their appropriate places once the job is completed.
- Tidy up after installation on site to ensure the customer’s home is tidy before leaving the job site.
