· Assisting the Lead Pastor by sharing preaching responsibilities during Sunday services, as well as delivering sermons during the Church at the Table (a ministry among the homeless and people with substance abuse) services held on Thursdays.

· Overseeing the Growth Group ministry and encouraging leaders to enhance their disciple-making efforts.

· Created and implemented a pastoral visitation schedule for shut-ins, including those at home, in long-term care facilities, and in hospitals.

· Established a seniors’ ministry to provide spiritual and social care, along with essential safety training, in collaboration with the Hamilton city police, fire departments, and VON. A dedicated seniors ministry team has also been formed.

• Revisited Mission strategy and developed a revised strategy document for Global and Local outreach.
• Provided leadership to the Global and Local Outreach teams, evaluated mission focus areas, and suggested refocusing on the 10/40 window as per Joshua Project.
• Recruited volunteer teams for Local outreach ministry initiatives, providing leadership to various local outreach events and mission conferences.
• Encouraged the Church to engage in Global mission through prayers and financial support offered to mission partners. This was achieved by creating mission awareness videos, placing profiles, and pictures, and updating prayer needs on the “Mission TV” in the Church lobby area. Prepared and managed annual budget for Local Outreach and Global Outreach ministries.
• Provided godly and gracious pastoral care and oversight to mission staff.

• Preached on Sunday services and led the congregation in participation of the Holy Communion for six months from January to June.

• Prepared an outline of a sermon series (12 sermons) on the book of Ephesians during the Lead Pastor transition period.
• Preached on rotation on six Sundays during the Lead Pastor transition period between September 2021 and June 2022.
• Preached a series of sermons in BBC South Asian congregation during Covid years.

• Formed an Equipping team and provided leadership to the team in fostering a vibrant discipleship culture.
• Created the Philosophy of Discipleship (POD) document with the help of the Equipping team.
