  • 2020-2022, Harshil Enterprise, Suggested and implemented strategies to increase sale of premix tea and coffee by establishing distribution network and targeting new segments. The sales increased by two folds after applying recommended strategies.
  • 2020-2022, We Positive Parenting, Developed product/service packages for parents of different target groups after understanding their needs and motivations and to establish collaborations with complementors.
  • 2020-2021, CREAR enterprise, Conducted Market research and provided suggestions for appropriate channels for home automation in India.
  • 2020-2022, Mobileaty pizzas and burgers, Conducted market survey of consumer perception with respect to healthy fast-food options. Recommendations were implemented. Alternative revenue streams with business plan were suggested for their new and bigger premises.
  • 2020-2021, Vedika Institute of healing, Marketing plan with budget and expected impact has been presented. Selected promotional campaigns and brand building exercise were done. The impact was 100% as expected.
