I started my career working with children from the Child Club. I started working with Toddlers, and at 1 year and 7 months, I worked with all ages, from 18 months to 12 years old. Child Club is based on the philosophy STEAM, where my job responsibilities were:

• Plan age-appropriate and open-ended play experiences for children based on their interests.
• Make observations/ documentation of children through learning stories to reflect on during the program plan.
• Collaboration with children, educators and families so that every need of children is fulfilled.
• Make a program plan that gives children an opportunity to explore physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Always comply with the Alberta Licensing Act.
