Project – Clinical Trial Design for Predicate Device Company Name : OcuFLow

• Led a team in the development of a clinical trial protocol for the predicate device, in collaboration with a sponsor based in the USA.
• Ensured effective communication and maintained a smooth information flow between the sponsor and team members.
• Arranged weekly Key Opinion Leader Meetings (KOMs) to facilitate project updates, discussions, and address any challenges.
• Played a crucial role in the background research, rationalization, and objective-setting for the clinical trial.
• Developed a comprehensive trial design that included methodology, statistical analysis plans, and organizational considerations.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
• Successfully delivered a high-quality protocol document that addressed all aspects of the trial and met sponsor expectations.
• Acted as a liaison between the sponsor and the team, effectively managing expectations and resolving any issues that arose during the project.
