I am an avid believer in policies and procedures. In various roles that I have had over the years I have worked with senior leadership to understand the policies and procedures and then worked with various teams to implement and align the understanding and goals.

During my pub management experiences I learned how to manage diverse groups with a wide range of personalities and complex needs.

At Sysco I created, implemented and audited standard operating procedures.

At Hope Mission I mentored youth where the goal was to align actions with organizational ideals on a case by case basis.

These roles have all been very different, but have required the same skills such as coaching, mentoring, active listening, problem solving, being a team player, being prepared, professionalism, adaptability, flexible thinking, being reliable and dependable, and staying focused on the larger picture.
