• Preparing donors, donor areas, and equipment for plasma collection.
• Performing venipuncture to initiate the pheresis process.
• Monitoring donors throughout the procedure.
• Disconnecting donors after the process.

Donor Safety and Well-being:

• Evaluating vein performance and adjusting techniques for optimal flow and donor comfort.
• Maintaining vigilance for donor reactions and providing appropriate assistance.
• Documentation and Data Management: Recording incidents using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or other system.
• Accurately recording donor data in the electronic donor information management system.

Equipment and Supplies:

• Performing calibrations and maintaining equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Ensuring a clean work environment and sufficient supplies.

Education and Training:

• Educating new donors on the donation process and its purpose.
• Providing guidance and training to other donor floor staff.

• Greets customers.
• Manages the cash register.
• Processes refunds and exchanges, and resolves complaints.
• Maintains a clean workplace.
• Keeps the area tidy and sanitized.
• Processes transactions accurately.
• Ensures store shelves are stocked.
• Places purchases in bags as needed.
• Follows company policies and procedures.

• Sort packages to prepare them for delivery.
• Store products in their correct shelf locations.
• Package products securely into boxes for shipment.
• Stand and walk for extended periods as required.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery according to schedule, including scanning, picking, sorting, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
• Trained to effectively solve problems.
