Other Qualifications

Having worked at CMLS Financial for more than 5 years in both Customer Service and Administrative departments, I have participated in several courses, acquiring both technical knowledge and building personal growth.  

Working with other teams to satisfy customer requirements in a timely manner has given me insight as to how different departments function on a daily basis.

Training new members of the team has helped me to understand how others view problems and as a unit we work to resolve any issues that arise.

Prior to obtaining my class 1 license, I spent 20 years working in the customer service industry – cashier/clerk, sales associate, waitressing – and have extensive experience dealing with the public both as an employee and a consumer.

  • Country Pride Dance Club, 5 years, Fund Raising Director and Choreographer, Organization of performance and competition dance teams, scheduling of volunteers for fund raising projects (casinos and bingo).
