I am the Marketing Manager at Orchard Park Shopping Centre, the largest enclosed shopping center between Vancouver and Calgary, and Highstreet Shopping Centre, an unenclosed lifestyle centre in Abbotsford. As the Marketing Manager, I am responsible for:

  • Creating company brand messaging, collateral materials, customer events, and promotional strategies.
  • Managing budgets and strategically allocating funds towards high-impact initiatives supporting shopping centre goals to drive customer traffic.
  • Driving brand awareness to each centre's primary and secondary markets to increase customer traffic while managing internal and external marketing campaigns and programs.

  • Collaborated with Communication PR consultants to develop a centralized crisis management playbook currently used at all Northland hotels, restaurants, and resorts.

  • Developing and implementing national, regional, and local marketing strategies, campaigns and launches aimed to increase awareness and drive customer trial for key markets across Canada.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional global teams to ensure consistent branding across all company touchpoints and communications channels across Canada.

My favourite way to unwind is by immersing myself in nature with my Bernedoodle, Molly, and staying active with daily gym sessions or yoga classes. Each spring, I head to my second home in Barbados for a two-week getaway, where I find relaxation and rejuvenation living the beach life.
