• Maintain an effective Source Mix (Jobsites, Social Networking, Employee Referrals, Agencies, Campus, Internal Job Postings and Walk ins)
• Handling a team of recruiters who are dedicatedly involved in US IT Recruitment and responsible for US IT deliverables for Experis NA and successfully closing huge vacant positions placing B.Tech and MBA freshers and experienced resources.
• Salary Negotiation using internal & external benchmarks & Offer letter roll out and post offer follow ups.
• Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant.
• Strong work ethics, self-disciplined, focused, driven, ability to handle fast shifting recruiting needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Maintaining Various MIS on recruitment status, cost, TAT & Quality of Hire.
