I started my career in the Talent industry with Randstad in 2010 as a Staffing Consultant. I quickly demonstrated leadership qualities and moved into a Management position after a year in my role. Today I oversee our Business Support and Operations line of business for Ontario and Western Canada.


Process Manager:

  • Ensure compliance of all operational KPI's and Risk Factors
  • P&L management across 9 business units
  • Expenses, and accounts receivable management
  • Problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and tactical level
  • Calculation of compensation plan
  • Budget analysis and annual budget building
