Paige O'Neill

Dundalk

Summary

I am a dedicated University student looking to pursue a career in the medical field after graduation, who is looking for a summer job from May 2024-August 10th 2024. I am patient, knowledgeable, hardworking and cooperative. Additionally, I have experience with individuals who have complex needs. During the last year, I have the pleasure of working with 22 individuals with complex needs at the Participation Lodge in Holland Centre. Throughout this role I worked with colleagues to assist these individuals with daily activities, create action plans to meet their goals and create an inclusive environment. Making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals is the main reasons I am pursuing a career in healthcare. I believe everyone has the right to an inclusive environment and I consider myself an advocate for this. This common goal we care is why I feel I would be an excellent addition to your team!
