• Managed the Corporate Finance Support Centre Transformation and outsourcing arrangement with Genpact to manage all of the Cash Management and Accounting function.

Started Keystone Consulting (Hong Kong) providing advisory and contract resources to commercial and investment banks, real estate companies and property / asset management / private equity firms across Asia Pacific.

• Partnered in business development with a Dallas based consulting firm and project management resources for their client investment banks and asset/fund managers.

Accountable for project delivery & governance, budgets (via business cases and benefits validation), stakeholder management change / risk / issue management, project resources oversight, vendor management, WBS prioritization, and post deployment support.

• Led the regional PMO, implemented project management best practices. Standardized the PMO project delivery practices including reporting & communication, intake & prioritization, regular portfolio health checks and project reviews, resource training and industry certifications, etc…
• Under the PMO mandate, developed and executed a three (3) year enterprise Business Technology Transformation Roadmap.
• Improved the quality and productivity of the regional IT Service Center (ITSC) serving 3,500 users by transforming the existing IT support model.
• Streamlined the onboarding / integration of technology and data assets of acquired CRE companies into the CBRE ecosystem.

• Implemented a three (3) year enterprise technology enabled Business Transformation Roadmap.
• Streamlined the Global PMO, Quality Assurance (QA), IT Audit, and vendor management frameworks.

• Delivered a US$16MM regional HCM and Finance Transformation on a PeopleSoft / Oracle platform across 20 countries and satellite offices.
