- I also lead and mentored a team of 3-5 staff members to ensure they provided the best possible care for the campers
- In addition to supervising the staff, I also provided one-on-one support to both staff and campers
- This support could be in the form of advice or guidance during times of difficulty or simply a listening ear
- Additionally, I worked closely with the Counseling Director and Counseling Coordinator-PR to provide written evaluations of my staff team.
