  • Ripley's Aquarium Canada, Toronto; 88 million, 135,000 sq ft, comprising 8 major holding tanks, containing 1.5 million gallons of water, housing over 16,000 aquatic species. Final stages of commissioning and project close-out.
  • Billy Bishop Tunnel Project, Toronto: $92 million, comprising a 100 ft deep shaft and an 800 ft long tunnel. Interference drawing coordination. mechanical and electrical equipment to serve the mainland terminal, tunnel and the island terminal.

  • Queenstown Lewiston Bridge Plaza Phase 2: 52 million, 85,000 sq. ft., Canada Customs plaza. Included working on a site within the customs inspection security zone, and the construction of a high-security building with complex building service requirements.
  • University of Waterloo Quantum Nano Laboratory: 140 million, 25,000 sqft world-class laboratory comprising a clean room metrology unit, five levels of nanotechnology laboratories, and five levels of quantum laboratories. Stringent vibration isolation, and extraordinary sleeving for M&E services.
  • Union Gas Dawn Sanitary Sewer Water Treatment Upgrade: Developed M&E equipment and startup plan, equipment startup and commissioning.
