• Lead a team to manage Sportswear categories, consistently meeting seasonal targets while managing costs, quality, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Manage vendor allocations in partnership with Director of Global Sourcing & cross-functional partners.

Establish standard cost structure for Graphics Tees across Retail & Outlet channels.

Collaborate with Design and Merch on all chases from inception to completion.

Running the graphic chase strategy for Men's to bring product in 60 days from inception.

Managing blank inventory/ replenishment.

Followup with agents/factories to ensure bulk production is on track, rollup any exceptions to management and offer solutions.

Manage potential delivery issues, troubleshoot and offer workable strategic solutions.

Collaborate with Technical Design dept for issue pre-production resolution.

Analyze costing (review yield, trims cost ,wash process, etc).

Management of Production timelines, reviewing WIP reports & find solutions to exceptions.

Work closely with all vendors & agent to ensure that monthly production capacity is utilized and recommend appropriate action when issue arise.

Assist manager in placement strategy and follow up by recommending product placement and action plan for chase.

Lead weekly meeting with overseas vendors

Analyze test, quality, delivery and cost reports, making recommendations to manager and communicate exceptions to management and vendors.

Ensure vendor adherence to fabric & garments testing protocol.

Assist manager in any required fabric reservation. Confirm fabric and trims with the vendors.

Assist manager in managing flow.

Enter costing and issue purchase orders in Full Circle.

Actualize fabric consumptions for Denim domestic production.

Monitor production approval status via WIP.

Check & validate shipment documents.

Check shipment status through GT Nexus.

Build relationships and communicate with overseas vendors.

Manages inventory levels, tracks incoming and outgoing goods, and ensures accurate record-keeping.

Oversees receiving, storing, and shipping activities, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of orders

Identifies and implements process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Communicates effectively with staff, other departments, and external parties to coordinate warehouse operations.
