Several years of total experience, 3 years in professional food preparation as a professional sushi chef at Wasabi Sushiand Grill. Recently started employment at Stride and Glide Sports as a retail worker. From 2020 to 2022, I woke up at 4:45 am to swim for 2 hours with the Vernon Kokanee Swim Club, 5 days a week; sometimes biked as well, even in the winter.
