As a lifelong Southern California resident, I understand the complexities of navigating one of the most challenging traffic regions in the country. More importantly, I know how to drive success for hotel owners.

For over a decade, I have managed up to six properties across the Los Angeles area for the same group of owners, consistently optimizing operations and enhancing guest satisfaction. I am deeply familiar with Choice Hotels' brands, systems, and corporate structure, making me well-equipped to align with their standards and expectations. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside four exceptional Area Directors, gaining firsthand insight into the evolving nature of the role over the past two decades.
