Accomplishments

  • Successfully managed multi-disciplinary schedules for large-scale projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery at Canola Processing Plant project in Saskatoon for FWS group. FWS was building the production facility in Yorkton, Saskatchewan which was a seven in one project. The management had a major problem – ‘resource utilization’ because they had one set of resources working across the seven projects. (Resource Availability Conflict). I solved this issue by creating a master schedule and a common resource pool. Linked the seven individual projects to this master schedule and all shared from this common resource pool. leveled the resource from the master schedule and this solved the resource availability conflict on this project. This optimized scheduling processes by reducing appointment conflicts and improved scheduling efficiency.
  • Prepared Project Schedule for over 20,000 activities, providing precise timeline management, progress reports to stakeholders and reduced scheduling errors through training and mentoring junior team members on the LNG project. Conducted comprehensive risk management assessments, ensuring project schedules were resilient to potential disruptions and delays at the LNG project when with Altrad Services Ltd. This remarkable performance earned me a job position with Flour Canada that was the prime contractor on the project.
