Learning Ambassador:

• LMS experience.
• Onboarded over 20 groups and 470 new Amazonians.
• I taught and coached Amazon SOP and safety practices to other Amazonians.
• Observed and provided feedback to Amazonians on areas for improvement.
• Assisted other Amazonians with frequently asked questions regarding the reasoning behind certain actions we take while working.
• Demonstrated safety procedures and standard safety regulations.
• Monitored FSAF (First Scan Attempt Failed) and assisted new and veteran hires in identifying barriers and preventing them by providing proper training.

Cluster lead:

• Worked with management to achieve operational goals while maintaining a safe environment.
• Kept a safe working environment for the associate working with me by preventing aisle abandonment.
• I improved the associates who worked with me by monitoring and giving feedback on stowing, or pulling, techniques. Resulting in a noticeable increase in the Associates' PPH.
• Coached associates on the importance of library style and the long-term effects. Showing an increase in the PPH, faster stow down, and faster pick and stage start.
• Monitoring WIP and moving associates from low work to high-risk work aisles to maintain a safe workplace.

Yard Marshall:

• Unload the volume from the trailer to the working floor.
• Using FMC and an eagle eye to track volume.
• Keeping track of the inbound and outbound.
• Working with drivers, DSPs, to assist with pickup changes.
• Worked with the dock lead to effectively identify volume-related barriers and ways to fix them.
• Report any unsafe load to management, and do a safety report.
• Effectively organizing the volume received to meet safety standards.
• Filtering the received volume. Having the extra-large packages in the designated area, and distributing the small and medium packages equally to the lines. Setting up the other for success.
• Casual reporting on volume availability.

Dock assistance:

• Keeping track of dock flow and managing according to the expected volume.
• Working with the problem solver and cluster lead to identify quality barriers to fix.
• Communicating with the working floor to maintain WIP, and safety standards.
• Casual reporting on volume availability.
• Making sure the volume is processed accordingly and distributed to the induct line equally.

Problem solver:

• Repacking damaged boxes.
• Managing the packages that need to be shipped with Amazon (SWA).
• Solving loose and duplicate package cases.
• Quality control is fixing the wrong labels on the packages and delivering them to the correct location.
• Dealing with pick and stage left behinds.
• reporting the root cause of quality issues.
