• Over see the weekly schedule and executing the schedule for the week.
• Working with planning and scheduling by attending weekly meeting and making sure the schedule was achieveable
• Working with supply chain making sure that the parts required to execute were available for the scheduled work for the week.
• Walking the flooring making sure that the team had all parts needed to complete the work.

Manager

• Was promoted to the manager of the light vehicle and support shop on site where we had a fleet of all Ford trucks from F150 to F350
• Fleet size was 800 units
• Owned and managed the budget for the department
• My role included overseeing the purchase on new units required to replace units which were going to be surplused
• Our team included 8 supervisors , 2 coordinators , contractor coordinator , leasing coordinator for most of our support equipment. Also included 4 shifts working days and nights with a total of 8 techincians on each shift
