  • Fleet size was 800 units
  • Owned and managed the budget for the department
  • My role included overseeing the purchase on new units required to replace units which were going to be surplused
  • Our team included 8 supervisors , 2 coordinators , contractor coordinator , leasing coordinator for most of our support equipment. Also included 4 shifts working days and nights with a total of 8 techincians on each shift
