• Completes other duties as assigned Role Responsibilities of Service Lines include, but are not limited to:

• Help break down of all lines at end of day

• Operates a jigger and holds a valid license

• Picks up racks of ham from the operation line to the RAW scale

• Prepares paperwork, recording racks moved from stuffing to smokehouse

• Scales racks of ham and records product description (SAP info, # of racks, # hams per rack)

• Assists Supervisor/Lead Hands with paperwork while on shift

• Reports any incident or situation that may affect production to Supervisor

• Handled escalated calls efficiently, finding satisfactory resolutions for both customers and the company alike.
• Managed high-stress situations effectively, maintaining professionalism under pressure while resolving disputes or conflicts.
• Delivered prompt service to prioritize customer needs.

• Planning and organizing production schedules

• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

• Preparing production reports(daily, weekly and monthly)
• Resolving issues between the production staff to maintain a harmonious working environment
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers
• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
• Handles QA/QC department/ Logistics Department/Packing/Maintenance/Warehouse

▪ Dispensing the correct medicine to the patients and customers

▪ Assess prescriptions for completeness

▪ Maintain proper drug storage and security

▪ Place and receive orders for stock to maintain inventory.

▪ Regularly checking expiring medicines.

▪ Gather and enter patient information and doctors' prescriptions in computer systems.

▪ Help customers find non-prescription items and refer to other same brand drugstores.

▪ Provide information for drug usage.

• Answer phone calls and customer questions in a professional manner
• Perform book-keeping and management of office files
• Receiving and making orders of different flight around Dubai Airports
• Inputting and encoding flights meal orders
• Making orders for VIP flights
• Making a receipt for the flight orders
• Making flight meals and ensure proper hygiene of food
• Cleaning of utensils used in flights

• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
• Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc
• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
