• Consults with CP24 Production team to provide creative and logistical input for assignments, live locations
• Manage multiple records on incoming feeds
• Work with the control room personnel, producers, ENG Cameras and assignment on coordination of live remote hits
• Work with local stations and remote guest(s) on Facetime and Skype to obtain live information and event information
• Maintain quality control measures while following production protocols and best practices
• Plan and execute live remotes on large scale productions
• Work with Engineering and IT to troubleshoot field and control room equipment

• Managing all logistics associated with daily news gathering, worldwide

• Booking crews, coordinating editing, locating and booking field facilities and arranging transmission

• Producing remotes in the control room during live broadcasts

• Calculating cost estimates for remote productions and special event coverage

• Accepting production requests, providing technical advice to producers, and following requests through to successful completion • Arranging and negotiating fees for facility and equipment rentals

• Assisting other departments and productions with their requirements

• Managing special projects
