• Deliver EFAP services and other clinical services as assigned, including
confidential counseling, case management, and direct clinical services.
• Provide hours of direct service to meet expectations set by the Clinical Manager

• Receive case assignments, including referrals, establish treatment plans, complete case progress notes, and determine case closure.
