The goal of the project, was to created a system that will improve the retirement process for active employees.Identify and drive improvement for HR data management and reporting.

• Deliver solutions-partnered with development teams on system design and gap analysis, and prioritization of critical intitatives

The goal of the project was the development of a state of the art web-based technology re-engineered from a legacy database technology,including the business functions.The project involved re-engineering of the existing billing system along with achieving HIPPA compliance.The deliverables in the project included core billing functionality and standard reports

• Conducted weekly meeting for deciding the policies and procedures to be followed while constructing new sites.
