  Headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda, it is a company operating in the construction sector. The company carries out construction projects, supplies ready-mixed concrete and rents construction equipment.
• My Role as a Manager:
  Planning and managing the operation of all organizations in line with the company's goals.
  Conducting company operations in accordance with country standards and reporting regularly.
  Analyzing financial and accounting records and presenting financial statements to the board of directors.

• Collection and Operation Management:

Worked as Collection and Operations Manager in a sales and marketing company selling cleaning robots and water purifiers with over 500 thousand customers throughout Turkey.

• Coordination and Operation

Managing the bonus preparation process of the teams in the hierarchy for the sales made from 120 sales offices, ensuring supervision and coordination.
Working in cooperation with all managers and employees (collection, contract, coordination and supervision services) depending on the directorates I am responsible for.
Managing the processes for the operation and goals of the departments.

• Accounting and Financial Transactions Management:
  
  Managing the processes of consolidation, unification and reporting to the board of directors of accounting and financial transactions of commercial enterprises in social and sports facilities located in different cities.
