  • Monitored Tetra Store of worth CAD 120,000. Organized on FIFO basis and optimized Reorder Level.
  • Revamped old high speed filling line by increasing OEE to 95% in 3 months using DMAIC approach.
  • Spearheaded a team of 5 for first two state-of-the-art A3 Speed 250 S line in Pakistan worth 4.5 Million CAD in one month. Project includes Filling machine with SA 30 and TS 30 Shrink machine and won Core Value Award.
