Summary

My achievements in life was graduating school and joining the career that I want to do in my life after both of these jobs. I realize that I want to grow with a company that is for maintenance/ Electrical and all I can say is now that I’m ready for somewhere to be able to settle at And grow with I learned that working by yourself can be just good as working with people for my last job. I didn’t work with nobody else but me and one person, and it showed me that I can get things done on my own and handle situations with the outcome that I thought of which is in a good way and getting stuff up and running for the company.

Maintenance Connection
04.2024 - 03.2025

I was a maintenance mechanic at commercial metals company it was a rebar facility over there, there wasn’t a maintenance team it was just me and another guy on the same shift with the job. It was a little tricky here but I took it as a challenge for doing things on my own it was a huge experience on self learning and working with what you got. At the job I did a lot of everything such as air system rebuilds, valves, gauges, hoes swapping, sensors placement, cylinders, anchoring, welding along with Tig, Replace liquids like hydraulic oils and regressing ,electrical and etc but mostly replacing a lot of old parts and A lot of electrical. On the electrical work I had a lot of on hands with high voltage such as 120 to 480 and up I worked on many panels and the machines them selves. For Electrical I have experience with re-wiring for unnecessary Extra wire, fuses, blown up relays, fried wires, connectors, contactors, transformers and etc. there was always something to do. I did a lot of cleaning out the machines and regressing them. With Welding I did a lot of creating stuff like stands to hold hydraulic pipes down. I had to weld a lot of pieces for machines to like guide the rebar straight into the machines, Sometimes I had to travel for the company and do the same thing there. There wasn’t any team for maintenance besides one facility but they only had one traveler so it was honestly a challenge and good experience to be out on my own and get machines up and running for our company’s needs.

Maintenance
02.2023 - 02.2024

As doing my part as a maintenance Technician for this company I did so many

challenges and procedures such as rebuilds for air systems, Regressing machinery, and a lot of

troubleshooting. I mostly took my part on electrical and that was my basic

three phases or having to work on a panel and fixing up a re wiring situation

or having to put something new like a bad Relay, breakers, transformers etc as an example. But my experience I took place onto getting things done at a matter and safe time

When it came to coming to a brocken machine my steps were big and simple. I checked and listened for the problems, I would first hear feedback from others who had did

there last part on the machine, open the machine and check it out and find the

problem. After I found it and worked on it I let the supervisor that operates that machine know how long the process is going to be till the job is done, once the process is over I run it troubleshoot it and make sure nothing else is bad by going over everything. After running it and all the good stuff I let the supervisor know that it’s ready to go and to let me know if anything ever happens to let me know.
