- Utilize multiple sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and social media to attract and engage diverse talent pools.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, HubSpot, and TEMS to manage pipelines, compliance, and reporting.
