I led the Performance Management and Management Reporting Department of the Bank, and my core responsibilities and achievements were:

• I developed and implemented performance incentive schemes for both the asset and liability generating segments of the business which led to a 65% improvement in performance across all KPIs.
• I developed and implemented a Performance Intervention Scheme to drive business performance using performance data and collaboration with Human Resources.
• I developed and maintained Power BI executive dashboards that provided key insights on the business to Executive Management,
• I was responsible for the preparation and analysis of management performance reports for the Bank and business units.
• I prepared and analyzed business performance reports utilizing SWOT analysis and provided recommendations to Executive Management.
• I contributed to the implementation of a Balanced Scorecard system for performance management and strategy execution.

I led the Performance Management Department of the Human Capital Management Division of the Bank

My achievement in this role were:

• Performance Analysis and Interventions: I developed an automated performance analysis tool that analyzed the performance of individual sales Staff highlighting areas of strengths and weaknesses as well as presents a holistic view of the Staff's performance on a year-to-date and quarterly basis,
• Management of Performance Appraisals and Behavioral assessments: I successfully administered performance appraisal process including the maiden career appraisal for the Bank.
• I executed behavioral assessments for senior management Staff which focused on gauging compliance with the Bank's Core Values and Leadership skills.
• I developed and Implemented an Incentive Pay Scheme for Direct sales agents based on achievement of set KPIs

• Rendered report to Management on the performance of staff, branches and SBUs.
• Served as financial adviser to branches and SBUs to ensure performance optimization, market expansion and cost control.
• Develop performance evaluation tools for branches and SBUs.
• Drove initiatives for market penetration in branches and SBUs through analysis of peer performance and benchmarking of market leaders.

• I worked as Resident Control Officer in numerous branches and my duties were as follows: Call over/Transactions review, Review of overdrawn accounts, Review of GL and suspense accounts, Review of cash and tellers, Customer service review, Review of clearing activities, including review of caution notices, Credit review, including TOD and loan set up, Managers' cheque review, General environmental scanning, Rendition of weekly exception reports.
