- Conduct one-on-one reading sessions with elementary school students.
- Assess individual reading levels and develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Track and monitor student progress through regular reading assessments, and providing an analysis on the student's progress.
- Maintain an organized system for cataloging and inventorying books in the school's library.
- Utilize school databases to input, update, and track student information accurately.
- Engage with students and provide encouragement and reinforcement to promote confidence in STEM subjects.
- Assist instructors in preparing STEM-related activities, experiments, and projects for students.
