Hostess:

• Answer customer questions about hours, seating, and menu information.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking skills, balance responsibilities such as answering phone calls, greeting guests, and updating reservation logs simultaneously.
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and take reservations and/or or seat them.
• Take to-go orders and complete them.
• Serve people in the dine-in and Teppanyaki areas which includes drink refills, removing excess plates, distributing boxes and bags, and more.

Food-runner:

• Take food from the kitchen to various parts of the restaurant.
• Prepare soups and salads for the Teppanyaki tables.
• Distribute soups and salads to the Teppanyaki tables.
• Cut vegetables for soup and salads.

• Assisted with supervising and monitoring young children as they participated in a scripture-related activity.
• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
