At the start of last year I was reintroduced to the hospitality industry and absolutely love it. The previous years my background has been in cosmetic sales which has given me excellent experience working in customer service. It was so refreshing to be introduced to working in a restaurant because I have discovered I really enjoy the pace and atmosphere of working in one. My entire career history has been in customer service which has helped sharpen my ability to manage multiple tasks and tricky customer interactions, leading to a positive outcome and happy customer. With my past experience in customer service and genuine interest in food in drink, speaking to the menu related to your restaurant would come very naturally.
