At this workplace, I worked as a physical laborer, regularly exposed to challenging conditions such as heat, rain, and fluctuating work hours. While juggling a demanding schedule that included both sports and education, I developed a strong sense of discipline, time management, and resilience.

This job taught me how to balance multiple responsibilities—physical work, academics, and athletics—which are all key elements to success as a teenager. I was employed with this organization from April 2024 to September 2024, took a break to focus on school and sports during the fall and winter, and was re-employed in April 2025.

I am currently working here and continue to build on the valuable lessons I’ve learned, ready to apply them as I grow both personally and professionally.

My time at Pawsitive Kennels was a valuable experience that helped me grow and improve in a workplace environment. I gained firsthand experience interacting with customers at various levels of business, learning how to communicate effectively and professionally in different situations.

In addition to customer service, I was responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both animals and their owners. This role taught me the importance of attention to detail, professionalism, and creating a positive atmosphere for everyone who entered the facility.
