Youth Leader for Middle School and High School students who require more care and attention due to their circumstances.

• Students are enrolled to spend either one-on-one time, or in small groups with Youth Leader / Coach.
• Acting as role model, mentor and / or simply someone to confide in; having students engage in extra-curricular activities, as a positive release from their more formal routine.
• The position is five days a week Full-Time. Seeing roughly 10 students on multiple days per school week.
• Picking them up from the Middle or High School and taking them off campus, sometime returning them back to school before the end of day, or driving them home at the end of the youth session.

• Streamlined packing procedures to minimize errors and increase overall accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Consistently met deadlines for order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Inspected Q/C components, followed by minor assembly and packaging.
• Packed, labeled and applied postage to materials to prepare items for shipment.
• Verified orders by comparing names and quantity of items packaged with shipping documents.
• Handled day-to-day shipping and receiving overseeing more than a dozen wholesale and retail orders per day.

• Maintained safety and security by overseeing students in recess environments.
• Partnered with teacher to plan and implement lessons following school's curriculum, goals, and objectives.
• Supported classroom maintenance and upkeep, organizing books, and materials.
• Supported classroom activities, tutoring, and reviewing work.
• Facilitated activities in small groups to reinforce concepts taught by class teacher.
• Mentored and tutored individual students needing additional help.
