At work, my responsibilities included the ability to communicate with clients, the ability to understand and listen to the guest. Also important was the fast and accurate production of cocktails, taking into account the wishes of each client.

My responsibilities also included:

• Opening and closing the cash register.
• Receiving payment from the client, recalculating the check.
• Communication and maintaining a conversation with the client.
• Ordering groceries, receiving food and drinks from suppliers.
• Kept the work area clean.
• Calculating daily revenue and filling the cash register.

My job as a waiter was to provide quality customer service. My job is not just taking out food and cleaning the hall. I am the face of the establishment. My task is to serve the client in such a way that he wants to return, evoke positive emotions in the guest, convey the atmosphere of the establishment and leave a mark on memories. That is why my tasks included communication with the client, assistance in any issues, even not related to my direct work.

My tasks were also:

• Fast table service, allowing you to serve more guests.
• Keeping the restaurant completely clean so that guests have a pleasant time in the establishment.
• Opening, closing and handover of shifts.
• Service for VIP guests.
• Discuss and make changes to the menu with the chef.
• I was also required to keep my work area clean.
