Design and Implementation of Property Management System
The goal of this project was to optimize and digitize the business process of a property management company.
As a business Analyst on the project, I was responsible for the following tasks:
• Identified various stakeholders impacted by the project
• Analyzed each stakeholder with power interest grid
• Supported the PM to draw up the project charter, project communication plan
• Elicited requirement from the stakeholders
• Analyzed and documented elicitation results
• Performed a document walkthrough to validate business analysis information gathered during elicitation
• Distilled and documented high-level business requirements
• Performed gap analysis to identify business needs, and defined requirements for the proposed system
• Modeled use cases for the proposed system based on identified needs and business challenges
• Recommended solutions and action plan based on the designed process
• Conducted JAD sessions to communicate proposed system workflows and functional specifications to the stakeholders
Business Outcome: Deployment of property management system that automated the manual activities of the company resulting in improved revenue by 50% and helped block income leakages while productivity is improved.
Contracts Management System Implementation
The objective of this project was to design a custom solution to manage contracts issuance and execution for the procurement department of an organization
As a business Analyst on the project, my responsibilities were:
• Identified and analyzed stakeholders using power/interest grid
• Modelled the to-be contract management system process using a swim lane diagram
• Modelled a use case diagram to depict the proposed functionalities of the new system
• Defined pages/screens for the system and designed a mock up or prototype for each page/screen
• Facilitated walkthroughs with the stakeholders to validate designs and elicit further key requirements and.
• Managed change and enhancement requests

The goal of this project was to elicit and document the procedure for performing transactions on a system for the accounting department.
As a business Analyst on the project, I was responsible for the following tasks:
